Summary
Provide support to all divisions by answering phones, taking messages, paging, directing walk in customers to gaming areas, and providing information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer all incoming phone calls by third ring in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding gaming, bussing, etc. Provide directions to prospective employees regarding testing and interviews.
- Advise supervisor of needed supplies, applications, lists, etc.
- Assist in covering open shifts during vacancies.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed image at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat work station, light housekeeping.
- Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Communicate with all management staff on a routine basis to assure customer satisfaction.
Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma required.
Experience – Customer Service / Reception experience desirable.
Special Skills/Certification – Customer service skills to deal with varied customer base.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
