SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. Must have experience and skill in photography. Must be able to work weekends.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to)

  • Develops digital marketing strategies alongside Director of Marketing
  • Creates consistent digital content
  • Responds to customer comments and inquiries
  • Monitors and reports on social media presence and website traffic
  • Analyzes online data and adapts marketing strategies accordingly
  • Takes photographs of events
  • Assist the Graphic Designer and Marketing Generalist
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
 

RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POSITIONS:

Reports to Director of Marketing, works in close support of Player Development Manager, Marketing Generalist & Graphic Designer. A team player within the Marketing Department and the property as a whole.

KNOWLEDGE OF/ABILITY TO:

  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Have experience with CANVA and CAPCUT programs
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have a flexible mindset
  • Be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking abilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Experience in photography & Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of Graphic Design a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to converse in English, and have the ability to read and comprehend instructions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.

REASONING ABILITY:
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.  Must have the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
