Job Description:
Primary responsibility is to manage all line functions of the “21” table games on any given shift. Monitor at all times to protect the game from dishonest practice of guest or staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Schedule dealers to insure complete coverage of games.
- Enforce policies and procedures by for all dealers.
- Develop and evaluate dealers continually.
- Make decisions related to the “21” game and supervise “21” pit.
- Greet guests of every level of play and ensure comfort and service.
- Facilitate breaks fairly.
- Prepare required documentation and reports.
- Responsible for the operation of all games on the floor.
- Responsible for game security and support.
- Solves all disputes with player and/or employees.
- Recording cash transactions and maintaining an accurate detailed log as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Chapter 14 Title 31
Supervisory
Reports to Table Games Director. Responsible for supervision of “21” dealers on every shift. Communicates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education Level – High School diploma required.
- Experience – “21” Dealer experience preferred.
Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Applicants must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.
